I am a repeat customer of Carlos at NVS AUDIO and would like to share my 2 cents worth of commentary as to my 2 experiences. In 2022 I took a 22 roadglide to NVS , New Jersey location and hesitantly dropped off my bike, (hesitant because there were damn near 75, maybe 100 bikes all jammed in the shop, also bikes being dropped off 1 after another in the hour or so I was there ) bike was brand new, 10 miles, 26000 dollars worth of upgrades that I already did and was nervous. After driving 600 miles each way and personally meeting Carlos I decided to leave it in his hands (numerous nervous thoughts of what if's going through my head because of how busy they were and how many bikes were being UPGRADED). Drove home and picked up bike 6 days later and I can personally tell you that it was a absolute 1st class job from a First Class guy (arrogant, but first class, and when I say arrogant I mean in a good way because you'd be hard pressed to find anyone who knows motorcycle audio better than him and he knows it!!😁😁. )100% all good! A year later I had a blown 8" mid bass (my fault) , called him on a Thursday evening, got home from work Friday and 2 new speakers at door! BTW, IT WAS An NVS STAGE 3 SETUP. WAS INCREDIBLE!! I recently bought a 25 roadglide and decided 1st thing I do is upgrade audio but I couldn't take the trip to Jersey this time around so I called Carlos before purchasing bike, told him that, asked if we could figure out a system that I can install myself. He said absolutely. I pulled trigger on bike, and audio!! He sent me euphoria fairing speakers, cicada amp, hertz saddlebag speakers, lid cut in kit and all the trimmings, With a few hiccups all on my end, he pretty much immediately walked me through via phone/FaceTime my Install went extremely well! (Actually impressed myself but im no strangerto wrenching on bikes) Coming from an 8 speaker stage 3 and going to a 4 speaker in new bike, (to be expanded in the fall) I wasn't expecting the results I got! For 4 speakers it is OUTSTANDING, and that's coming from an extremely picky, detail oriented person. There are 1 or 2 other MC audio outfits out there that are very good, but I will tell you from my repeat experiences that I will never know how good they are as long as Carlos at NVS is in the game as like I said before, YOU WOULD BE HARD PRESSED TO GET OR EVEN FIND BETTER RESULTS . Took the time to write this lengthy review (and I don't do reviews) because the man earned it!! If I'm fortunate enough to get another bike in the future, my first call will be to Carlos at NVS AUDIO!! I suggest anyone who took the time to read this do...

I would like to say that Carlos and the gang are one of the most professional and considerate group of people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. I have been a tech for over 20 years. I currently reside in Salt Lake area in Utah. Years back I was approached by a customer wanting a sound quality system in his brand new Tesla. I’ve all the electrical knowledge I need to complete this job but honestly this was my first Tesla. I remember seeing a video where Carlos and his crew tackled a Tesla and because of his reputation I decided to call NVS Audio and see if I could get some info. I knew he was very busy and probably too busy to help. I was dead wrong. Carlos talked to me for about 30 mins if not longer about things I should be aware of and explain to the customer. Techniques he used on his build and such. I was floored that Carlos being as busy as he was and me not being an actual customer gave me so much of his time and knowledge. To this day I truly appreciated it. I’ve learned so much about these vehicles and received a lot of business from Tesla owners because of that first vehicle. To anyone out there in the area NVS Audio is truly a great place to do business. Their works speak for itself. Their fans and customers love them. Carlos is an extremely trusted voice in our Car audio industry and motorcycles for that matter. Anyone who follows hi social media also sees that he is family man and works hard to provide. These frivolous google reviews because your feelings were hurt doesn’t just hurt an honest business but also the families of those employees that work hard to provide their customers with best service they can provide. Before jumping and leaving a 1 or 2 star review because your feelings were hurt, or because your coffee wasn’t hot enough, maybe bring the concern up to management like an adult and you would realize that it was probably a misunderstanding and you were actually at the right place to do business with some of the best minds in the game. Had my slingshot worked on by 3 different shops. First guy gave me crap leftover cables with couplings because they were NOT long enough. Only thing the following shop did was give me aluminum wiring again but replaced it with “better brand” CCA wiring. Third shop used the OCF that I bought from “You do it electronics” but wired everything wrong which cooked my stock and yellow top battery, fused holders and burned the plastic to my slingshot. Finally I found a kid named Steve in Brockton,Ma who lives eats and breathes Carlos Ramirez from NVS AUDIO. He’s got everything close to perfect. Clean OCF wiring, clean install, right fuses and distributors, SMG, multimeter, mic and apps for the best end result. I gave NVS AUDIO a 5 star rating because Carlos took the time to teach whoever wants to learn how to do a proper instal. And for those that can’t do, he charges a fee that’s WELL WORTH THE PRICE. I live too far to make up free time for me to give him my business but I know for a fact that he set the bar and the high standard that other “Car Audio Techs” need to follow. My family in Portugal who do Car Audio go by his way of installing Car Audio. Carlos is GOD to them. Thank you for being YOU Carlos. By the way, I am from Cape Verde, we are not related, I never met the guy, nor do I live in the same state. This is not some paid for BS REVIEW. Don’t believe he’s the best, watch his YouTube channel. And he also worked on my brother in Law T-Rex, his name is DJE DJE, Carlos calls him J.J. And my brother in law got the complete clean setup. LED screen, lights, sound, subwoofer, and more and DJE DJE loves it. I only knew what the end result was supposed to be because I learned from Carlos. I also learned what not to do from Carlos and that’s what the first 3 install guys...
