I was so upset with how the lady treated me. I booked my appointment for a $2 fee for 12:00 pm. I arrived a little early and decided to come inside to just inform my appointment was at 12 which she told me she moved my appointment to 1:30 pm. I never received a text or notification that said that. I told her I received no update and just simply told her that how come It’s a $25 fee if I’m 15 minutes late but you move my appointment a whole hour and thirty minutes later.
