Don't be fooled by this company...While they have good deals and nice designs, their level of service and ability to meet deadlines is inexcusable. My team ordered their premium jersey package over several months ago and still have not gotten them completed. At the point of order we were given an 8 week deadline, that has now doubled. After several follow ups and confirmations they recently gave us another deadline they did not meet. Not to mention we were playing in their own tournament that following weekend.....How long does it take to print 11 jerseys pants and caps? Even if you are on as far as a back order as it takes to get a new Lexus made in Japan you mine as well tell people from the start. Awesome stuff to choose from, but get a deadline guarantee before putting...

After ordering my daughters fastpitch uniform and extra fan gear, I did not receive a sweatshirt I ordered. I really wanted this as I can’t just run to any store and purchase. I contacted CA GEAR and dealt with a employee named Tally. After weeks upon weeks of not receiving my sweatshirt and 17 emails and 1 phone call later, I gave up. Tally put all the blame on anyone and everyone but herself including myself. She was rude, snippy, ignorant and so unprofessional. I am very very disappointed with the customer service and lack of professionalism. 17 emails??? That’s insane for one missing sweatshirt. I’ve been patient and kind throughout this entire fiasco. We originally started with Nate and his team about 7 years ago. He had to go through the learning curve of the business and we left. We bounced between many more "Reputable" companies but at the end of the day, you realize most companies are not perfect but what sticks out to me most, it Nate and his team willingness to deliver a quality product within a reasonable time. If I did have any issue, they did everything they could to make it better and fix it! I would recommend CA GEAR, they have been there and done that, and are more reliable, respectful, and good...
