DD Logowear & Boutique — Local services in Roseville

Honestly, I feel bad giving this small business a bad review. However, my project that they were in charge of embroidering was completely messed up. Long story short, I brought in my 3 small pieces of embroidery that I wanted done in June. I talked to the store prior to coming in and they assured me that it would be done in two to three weeks. I was planning on spending the summer on the project, so I was excited when I learned it would be done in just a few weeks. Fast-forward to weeks later, the embroidery was never even started, and the owners kept assuring me that they would start on it soon. Now we are at the end of August, and it’s been months. I eventually gave up and told them to just not bother with it, since my entire summer plan for the project was wasted because they couldn’t promise their turn around time. Long story short, please do not come here if you want a project done within a reasonable time. I took my project elsewhere and it was done the same day I came in. (Not suggesting all shops will be that quick, but they felt bad for how long I’d been waiting for the embroidery to be done). This being said, the staff were nice, but poor...
