I wanted a tuxedo wrap for my F250 and my Expedition. I started out by going to google like I always do, I looked at a couple of places that were close to me, and ended up going with Indiana wrap, based off of the reviews. I went in to get a quote and was actually impressed. Everyone was super cool and I had a good feeling. The owner upsold me on a new wrap called “PPF” if I remember right. I was told all kinds of great things about it, so I decided to go that route. We agreed that a tuxedo wrap and the door handles on my truck would be wrapped. I booked a date with them for my F250, put a deposit down and waited for my date to come. My install day came (Monday) so I dropped it off on Sunday night, the night before. Fast forward to Thursday, the day my truck was finished up, and I went and picked it up. The door handles didn’t get wrapped liked we talked about them being done. No big deal, I’ll have them done later. Truck looked great, from a quick glance, it started to rain, so I hoped in and headed home. I went out and looked at my truck a few days later and I couldn’t believe what I was looking at. They had my truck for four days and this cost me $2600. The pictures will speak for themselves. I was told that this was all “pullback, that they have never worked with this new wrap before and it had to be redone multiple times, because of the fact, it’s their first time working with it. The pictures show the quality of work and I didn’t picture all the scratches on my truck now. I can’t prove they scratched my truck, but knife marks around the roof lights seems seems quintessential. The trim inside the back window was not reinstalled and sealed properly, so as it was rainy, I was getting water on the inside door. I don’t understand all the great reviews and then I get the short end of the stick, but I would definitely look at these pictures...
Read moreI called Mike right before he closed up shop to get advice on how to prep my car for vinyl wrap. He told me to still come on in after hours to help me out. He couldn’t have been more helpful compared to other people and companies I’ve talked to. Even though I didn’t use his services(yet), he still went out of his way to be kind and offer advice to me. I highly suggest going to Indiana Wrap company for a wrap of your own!...
