The staff was GREAT !!! I called them about an item that I was looking for, but was having a hard time finding. They checked to make sure that they had the item in stock, and that it was the exact item that I was looking for, while I was on the phone. When I got there, the customer service was way beyond my expectations !! They were so friendly & knowledgeable. Their prices were very good. I ended up buying another item, that they had in stock, that I had been looking for, but was also having a hard time finding. I was truly impressed with their inventory. Called in for a delivery of mulch. I Could not be more pleased with the service I received. These guys operate the old fashioned way and make sure the customer is satisfied. Staff is super knowledgeable on all items they carry and answered my questions and got me exactly what ineas looking for. The product was delivered early ( bonus). And was a superior product. The delivery driver Rudy went above and beyond to make sure it was a smooth ordeal. I shopped around and the prices were more than fair. I was also pleased to hear that they now offer lawn equipment sales and service and offer pickup and drop off services. Will definitely be using for all of my lawn care needs. I had to share this incredible experience because in a world of Big Box stores you lose the personal touch a company like Wholesale Mulch and Gravel excels in. I purchase our black lab puppies dog food from this store. It is extremely hard to find and the dogs have been on it since they were puppies.They have been more than obliging to me every time I go to the store to buy it. The last time needed it , the store was closed and I was going out of town and didn't have any left for the dogs . The owner and his wife came in off hours and opened the store for me so I could have it before I left. That is exceptional/personal service. If I could give them 10...
