Farren International — Local services in Roxbury Township

This review may come off a bit bias, due to me being an employee. But my review is just like everyone else’s review, my opinion. Farren is a great company, in every aspect. Is it the perfect company, with perfect people working here? Not sure, and every employee is human. But we are damn good at what we do!! Even if the warehouse staff put all loads on hold to clear snow as someone mentioned. The load may be of importance. But I think our safety, as well as the safety of drivers coming to pick up and or delivering trumps an appointment time. Farren is a growing business, but has always treated every employee as Family. If you ever get the chance to run into a group of Farren employees in one place, I guarantee you will see Team Work at its finest! Farren has left an impression in just about every corner of this Country, Internationally for that matter. Because Farren’s rigging crew has travelled beyond our borders to leave an impression. At approximately 3:05 this morning may 26 2022 one of the HW Farren truckers tailgated me on interstate 95 southbound near exit 58. The driver got so close that I could barely see his headlights anymore then the driver sped around me and then cut back in front of me so close that I had to hit the breaks so that the tail end of his truck did not hit the front of my car. Once the driver was in front us me he turned on rear facing light on the back of the cab of the truck that nearly blinded me especially since I wear glasses with special lenses due to my astigmatism. I feel your company needs to look into this and be mindful of who you hire. Be wary!! H.W. Farren damaged a shipment on July 11th 2017. Carrier did not pay claim until 3-12-2019. I have a copy of the check. I have been asking politely for the past 1 year 5 months and 23 days for my money. They refuse to pay me the money they have collected for a claim filed on my shipment. Just to be clear, the claim was paid by the carrier to HW Farren and they refuse to give me what is legally and rightfully mine. Getting a claim paid by a trucking company is hard enough.
