My wife and I have been going to this shop for several months since we began vaping again a few months back. The manager here, some 20 year old with long shaggy hair, is usually who we deal with. He is knowledgeable enough, but always seemed to have an "i know better than you" condescending demeanor. That being said, we continued to use them as the location was convenient.
My wife and I would stock up on our vape juice and pods weekly or biweekly, typically placing large orders upwards of $200 per visit.
A few days back, we walked in to buy some pods, and an older gentlemen (who we later found out was the owner) assisted us. We purchased only a 3 pack of pods, different than the ones we usually buy but were assured these fit our vapes (we had our vapes in hand and showed them to him).
The next day at home, I filled one pod with juice and went to go insert it and it did not fit my vape. My wife and I got in the car and drove there to return them and buy pods that actually fit.
When we walked in, we were greeted by the young manager with long hair. We explained what happened, and he proceeded to tell us that since the pod was filled with juice he would not take it as a return as he couldn't resell it. I asked him why that is our problem, as we relied on the expertise of the staff working there when making the purchase. I was told I can't rely on their expertise, and I need to know exactly what I'm buying when I buy it. He then asked me if I plan to "continue to give him a hard time, or move on."
At that point I told my wife we are leaving and not coming back, all over a $3 pod.
1 star for making the customer feel they are at fault for their own staff's lack of knowledge, refusing a return, becoming hostile with a customer, and ultimately losing a well paying customer over a $3 pod. Shame on this management team.

The place was busy as hell, and the reason is because its the Best smoke shop overall. I was buying from a shop on Route 10, but its no comparison to Puff. I am definitely a permanent customer. 8/14, bought a new refillable vape. Didn't work correctly, was just tasting burnt. Brought it back a few hours later and actually upgraded! The guy there is so laid back and cool. Im a steady customer there but went in the new smoke shop in strip with Gratella bakery. Its very nice and Big, And Lots of Inventory, And,,, Overpriced! PuffCity is so much more reasonable and friendly. Probably wont find better prices around here....

I’ve been coming here for two years but I bought a disposable and the first puff tasted like burnt paper, then it proceeded to start smoking on its self so I had to toss it out the window, the second vape I got it was even more burnt then the last one I probably got two good puffs out of it so I went back the next day & bought this redbull flavored vape, when I opened it there was like hair all over the sticker as if someone opened it and resealed it, I hit it and it tasted so bad and was so burnt that it gave me a migraine lol so be careful with their disposables, besides that it’s...
