Plan to wait atleast 15 minutes even if there is only one person in front of you. The product is usually good if it’s simple like a cone with sprinkles but the wait is ridiculous. I got a moolate and it tasted full of the vanilla syrup but no coffee flavor, I don’t typically complain or have things remade but this time I did after driving 30 minutes for DQ. They remade my product and it tasted just as bad, I threw it right out. Before having my product remade I asked to talk to the manager/owner and the first thing the young man said when he came to me was what’s wrong, he’s busy. I would have waited but I could just tell based on their tone that the neither the manager nor the regular staff was interested in making their customer happy. I talked to all three ppl on staff and asked them why things took so long and they had nothing but excuses and they are the ONLY Dairy Queen I know that doesn’t include a dip for a kiddy cone in the kiddy price. There is also little interaction with customers even when business is slow, they don’t take the time to speak to anyone they take the order and closed the window as fast as they can even when they waited all that time. I basically tried to solve my own issue and told them I’d be happy if they just remade my product without them offering and type of solution and they didn’t even apologize or say anything polite when handing me it, just a simple here you go and closed the window as soon as it was in my hand. Read moreI don’t normally do this but I felt I had to this time..not that it will matter as I expect the owner or one of his lazy employees will have a snarky retort denying this happened but it’s all on video if they care to look back…Anyway, I stopped at the Kenvil DQ on Monday night (4/25/2022) and stood (alone- there was no one else waiting outside) in the freezing cold for 15 minutes at the ordering window and NOT ONE of the people working even acknowledged my being there despite looking out the window about 6 times. There was a line at the drive up but, but that is hardly an excuse for not even telling a person standing at the window “we’ll be right with you” or even “the window is closed please use the drive up”… just say anything, but DO NOT ignore the customer. Read moreMy family and I have been getting ice cream cakes for years from this location. Never had much of an issue until this year for my birthday. Right from the start, ordering was a disaster. When I called on the phone, the people working there acted like they couldn’t understand anything I was saying even though I was pretty clear. Upon receiving the cake, it looked like a mess. The handwriting was sloppy and the whole cake looked poorly made. When we cut into the cake, the layers crumbled and fell apart. The bottom layer of ice cream was basically nonexistent. All the layers were uneven and the middle was mainly cookie crumble, when I specifically asked for more fudge. I ordered a reese’s blizzard cake but there was absolutely no indication that it was a reese’s cake at all. After my family saw this disaster of a cake, they said they were never ordering from here again. Thanks Dairy Queen for ruining...
