We have purchased from A to Z for many years, even when James White was owner, as we were good friends and done business together, will say without a doubt some of the best employees I have ever seen, super nice, so helpful, they seem to go out of their way to help! No one bad egg in the nest, from the Gentleman behind the Gun Counter, to the ones on the floor, the cashiers everyone!!!! Horrible customer service! When checking out the cashier watched me entering my pin # I asked him why he was watching, he said I don't know and another employee that was standing close started laughing. I called the store after I left and asked to speak to the manager . The assistant manager got on the phone and after asking her 2 times what her name was, I told her what happened and her response was, well first of all we can't see you putting in my pin # . Not professional grade tools. Barely good enough for around the house. If you keep that in mind you won't be surprised when something you buy there breaks. The return policy is difficult and you replace or maybe get store credit if you are lucky. Forget cash they hate to give money back. They have such a huge mark up they can afford to replace and still profit. They buy second rate items and ask for near premium prices. The employees are hired to stock shelves and unload trucks.
