I normally would not write a review like this, but many times I have been to the license plate agency or driver's license office in Winston-Salem and the line wraps around the side of the building, waiting hours, usually only two people working there who are ill-tempered and mean; many times I have to leave due to the long lines. Quick and painless experience. I’m a new NC resident and needed to move over my title, registration, tax, license plate - everything. They open at 9, I got there at 8:45 and left at 9:20. There were a few people in line ahead of me but there were 4 people working so the line moves quickly. One thing to note is that the notary for title work is paid in cash only. The other fees like taxes can be paid with a card. Make sure to have all of your documents. Although is an small office looks clean, organized and all employees very kind and capable to resolve easy all customers needs. I am so glad for the new administration and location because the last one was literally awful, dirty and employees impolite and arrogant.
