Creno's Pizza Bremen — Local services in Rush Creek Township

I never write reviews because I was in the restaurant biz for years!! I'm writing because my total was $32.72, but tipping driver we paid $40. The Philly was nothing but mushrooms, my lasagna was still frozen in the middle. We ordered delivery because after work we're TIRED and STARVING and had we not been starving, I would've called them back and had them re make everything and take the other back. Cinna flatbread was great n the cheese toast, but our main meals were really bad. I was very disappointed. Husband can't even take extras to work with him when he goes BACK in at 3AM smh. I'm not one to complain but after 3 disappointing times of getting pizza from this location that was wrong and not very good I have to say something. First the pizza looks nothing like their picture, its not edge to edge toppings, in fact ours is always about an inch and a half of dough with nothing on it and is there a shortage on pizza sauce. Ours never have much sauce at all so we always ask for extra sauce and STILL have trouble finding sauce. The salads are good but not worth the high price. We were so hopeful for this new pizza place in town but not so sure we will be ordering from...

Food was good.. only thing I can recommend is communicate with your customers.. our delivery was later then "expected" delivery time, which is not a big deal for us, but you never know when you'll run into one of those karens out there.. I actually called in to check on it and make sure the delivery driver was OK. He was apologetic and everything but we were more worried about his well being then our pizza really. Got a good tip and all.. so only thing I can recommend is if things are running behind, communicate so you dont have issues with the type that will...
