The staff at Harry's in Rusk, especially Billy, are always friendly and go out of their way to help you find what you need. Coming from the big city of Tyler, lol, I couldn't believe the customer service that you get every time you walk into Harry's. I guess I've grown accustomed to the big box stores, where they practically run the other direction if you even look like you might be about to ask for help. I swear half those guys should work for the psychic hotline cause they somehow seem to know you need help, before you can even say anything, and abruptly run the other way. It's either that, or I'm carrying around some foul odor, I'm unaware of! Haha
Harry's is also, surprisingly, competitive on most items, and even less expensive on many. This is real surprising considering the nearest major competition is a 35 min drive one way. I feel it is very honorable, to not put a small town, low to no competition, price surcharge and to stay competitive with stores that are way larger with much more buying power.
