Had a terrible experience with this store today. I had an appointment at 10 am and showed up right on time, they didn’t check the schedule and allowed someone to walk in before me. One worker tried to rectify the situation by calling the boss, but another worker had already walked in and told me that the only thing I could do was wait or change in the prom dress area. When explaining that I didn’t feel it was fair, as I had made the appointment a month ahead of time only for them to let someone in front of me, they said they didn’t make the mistake. Made an appt. Came in on time and they had a large party there of a bunch of teeny boppers. We were not given the time of day other than told to go look around and she’d have to have my daughter try on any dresses she found elsewhere as they had the large party there. Not once were we checked on. Not once were we able to ask questions without interrupting so we just didn’t. We left without so much as being asked if we found anything or a goodbye. Do not go here! My daughter ordered a $800.00 prom dress, the lady said she would call in 2-3 days to tell us when the pick-up date would be ... 28 days later and still no response! We tried contacting her and left a message since she couldn't come to phone, still she doesn't call so we called back the next day, again she can't come to phone. This goes on for 2 more days, luckily we called and she finally answered the phone, she then tells us that she couldn't order the dress!
