Terrible management team, the only worker I’ve met there that cares about customers and help them out is Kaitlyn. I bought a furniture set from this store January 2023 the couch didn’t make it 6 months before the fabric started tearing and separating from the stitches. It took 3 months of us talking to managers/ group managers and them LIEING to us that Kaitlyn no longer worked there when they were “working the situation.” Finally the last time I called Kaitlyn answered we told her about the situation she said I’ll get this fixed. BOOM NEXT DAY NEW COUCH!! Sadly this couch started to do the same thing I reported it in late October asking if they could swap furniture sets or give me a refund because clearly something was wrong and I didn’t feel like waiting 3 month again. The new manager TIM promised me we haven’t worked with him he would get it fixed. Today marks 5 months I have had to endure not being able to sit on my couch and the embarrassment of family and friends coming over to see a ripped couch. Bought living-room furniture and was supposed to be delivered the following week, never received any call so I called them. It was damaged so had to wait another week. Delivery was put off another day, they were told my delivery had to be before noon as I was going out of town. They could have better communication with customers. Paid two thousand dollars for furniture I'm still waiting on. I could have ordered my furniture online and gotten it faster. Very disappointed with the communication and service.
