I tried to buy a refrigerator from them. I was going to pay over the phone and my nephew was going to pick it up. When I went to pay, I was told that someone was coming to look at it because it was making a noise. They said this was marked down further because of the noise. This was no where in the ad. Our fridge suddenly stopped cooling properly and the appliance repair place said it wasn't really worth fixing, so we had to scramble to find something in-stock that could be delivered this week.
