I am not one to write a review however, inlite of a few that may discourage you to visit, I needed to express our experience(s). Yet again Rose killed it! If you are looking for a fantastic experience- look no further. I am not fond of shopping.... however, Rose makes you feel welcomed and makes the decisions easy as can be! My wife an I purchased a table back in 2019 at her old location an today, just purchased a couch an love seat. Again, I hate shopping.. but this was the easiest 3 hours I have ever spent shopping with my wife! When you go into Model Home Accents you have to understand, you will be buying a piece of CUSTOM luxury furniture.. made in the USA! You can choose depth, color, material etc. You will not pay the custom prices! One word of advice,  take pictures of your rooms as Rose will help you on color and other details that you could add to help achieve your (in my case my wife) desired look. Support local as much as humanly possible. Rose will make this enjoyable as this is her true passion an it shows. Thank you Rose, an we look forward to doing more business...

As a black couple attempting to promote black businesses I caution you. Please be aware. Ms Rose is a fast talker and very cunning. I have been trying to be patient. I ordered a sofatable, sofa and loveseat the FIRST week of August. There are several options of how long for delivery on the receipt and 6-8 weeks was selected. After 6 weeks, I requested an ETA. She informed me I can pick-up the sofatable as it was the display. WHAT? I have never bought/wanted a display in my life. Again the fast talker states she told me at purchase (which is NOT true) and wrote on the receipt because I trusted her and did not review the receipt I had to just deal with it. To this date she STILL does not have an ETA for us. As the holidays are now approaching and we have an empty living space I asked to receive a discount. She says no AND states they have a no refund policy. No accommodations. She tells me that I just have to wait. So this could drag on for a year and its just oh well. Hurry up and wait. I live in Los Angeles so this is my second time visiting the Roseville flea market. This visit was specifically to visit Rose and her store "Model Home Accents" since I am in the process of refurnishing my den and diningroom areas. I have been to many furniture stores in LA and Sacramento but I have not found anything close to the quality offered in "Model home accents" for the price. Also, Rose is amazingly helpful, friendly and professional. She is not your typical high pressure sales person. She spends alot of time with you to make sure you get the best. You happiness is Rose's priority!!! She is a truely a talented designer so she is able to suggest things that you might never think of. I strongly suggest you visit Rose and her store. Even though delivery may take a little longer due to Covid, Rose is very transparent with delivery information. I read two other reviews that stated "delivery arrived earlier than promised".
