Called here to find an old breaker to help a close friend to me and was assisted by an employee named Wes and I’ll say it was one of my favorite customer service interactions in a while. Specifically because they have a texting number setup so call-ins can send pictures for them to better assist you. Read moreDrove over an hour to get here for an emergency part. Got here 5 mins before closing. They new I was coming had part set aside ready to go but already locked the door early. Tried calling, banging on door with no luck. Drove all the way back to be there when they opened the next morning. I sayd something about closing early and all I got was oh we were here till a few past closing. Then I got charged more than double for a breaker. I asked for a little break and they sayd they can't match home depot or anyone else. If u don't have to have the part I would never shop here again. Part was a 200 amp 4 pole breaker retails around 150 I was charged 365. Talk about price gouging....
