Dollar Tow — Local services in Sacramento

I was involved with a very bad car accident and was taken to the emergency room. Dollar Tow is the Tow company that picked up my totaled car on the highway. When I went to go pick up my belongings the owner the old man that owns Dollar Tow was screaming at me and my friend telling me that I was not allowed to get my belongings out of my car until I sign paperwork I told him the insurance company was going to cover the cost of my car being stored there he continued to yell at me, threaten me, and call me and my friend names. He also told us that we were both stupid. After him yelling at me and calling me names for 20 minutes, I was finally able to get my belongings. I was not happy at all. I do not recommend this place to anybody the fees are outrageous, and the customer's service I received was extremely poor. It doesn't even deserve one star. This place need's to be shut down,...

Everyone from this company has helped me to jump my car, give me assistance and advice on what's going on, and exhibited great customer service. I would give them a 20/5. Came earlier than expected, great customer service, always offer great advice, and are very skilled at their jobs. Charles helped me twice. Last night, he towed my vehicle home with ignition issues. It took a lot of skill and concentration. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I am super grateful for this company and their services. I am glad GEICO works with them!!!!! So my 2000 ford truck wouldn’t start thought it was just stalled and the tow driver KEN whom my insurance sent out said you know what’s let’s try to jump it and save you a tow I said sure! Sure enough it worked! It’s an older truck passed down to my son and KEN reminded us “ you need to learn the quirks of this truck”. Overall he was helpful, patient, and just all around friendly person. Thank you Ken!
