These apartments have cleaned up nicely. They are starting to weed out certain problematic tenants and cleaning up the living spaces. They have come and sprayed my apartment for any pests, and they do so every 90 days to 6 months. The office manager, Nicole, is the best. She is so nice, caring, and understanding. The empathy is real. The rent isn't too shabby w/ how the economy is nowadays as well. The only thing I would say that could make it better, would be more attention to maintenance more often, but other than my nit-picking, these apartments get a 5 start from me because they have met all my needs, I feel like they actually care about me, and the one manager is so warm and inviting. These apartments are infested with roaches. Not a sanitizing and clean place to live in if you have young childrens. We didn't know until we actually start moving in, just moved out from there. We already cleaned out pretty much everything to the new place and haven't been living there since last month, came back to clean any left over trash, returned the keys on the 3 of this month and was still charge for Half a month.
