I brought my iPad into Charlies because my screen was cracked. They “fixed” it, but when I got it back they told me that they couldn’t get the screen flush into the iPad. I left the store and within 15 minutes of having it i touched that part of the screen and it cracked. When I brought it back to them even though their website says 100% satisfaction guarantee they were going to charge me another 100 dollars for a new screen, and they even said they could fix it to where it does lay flat in thee iPad it was just going to take extra time. Great experience friendly staff. Great place to get a phone for a good fair price with activation to most any network. Highly recommend going there I will be again in the future. I would give it no stars if i could. Well I went up there to buy a new phone but they talked me into getting a used one which they claim was good. So i bought it. The phone only lasted 1 month!!! the screen went black on me. So i took it back to the guys which they said they can fix it. DIDNT GIVE ME A LOANER PHONE!!
