T&T Authentic Mexican Cuisine — Restaurant in Saginaw

So first I'd like to say the staff are absolutely incredible!!! 2nd I had chimichangas at an unknown location in saginaw I was like hmm that's delicious covered in a sauce it was damn good, Well you have hit the front all the way to the back of my tongue! I know yall dirty minds thought I was going somewhere else with that smh!! 🤪 I had your chimichangas about a month ago, I opened my Togo box and said wait a minute wheres the sauce? Hmm oh well let's eat!!! So I dig in 1st bite 🤤 omg out of this world well after about a minute I pick up the other one and I see jalapeños my eyes are like omfg this is about to be fire!!! Man was I right best Mexican food I've ever had and I say that knowing how many places I've eaten at!!! You knocked it out of the park, from the fidèo and the Carne asada streets! These chimichangas put you on the front of the flavor train and takes you all the way to the caboose! I myself have a food truck it'll be up and running soon! It's called The Spicy Pineapple 🍍 I hope to be as good as you one day! Folks you have to eat...

The customer service is horrible. I went in there one day and the staff was too busy holding a conversation with a friend/family member. How rude! After I was waited on I asked if they had tamales. The guy said they only have them available in a dinner. However when the friend/family member walked up and asked about them the staff willing offered her a dozen of them. This is poor customer service. I asked again for some tamales which were later provided. However the staff seemed irritated after I verbalized my displeasure with the encounter. I will never pay or return to a restaurant that discriminates, mistreats,or show disparities to others. This is also dishonest and not a way to conduct business. The restaurant also needs to have staff that is attentive and respectful to their customers. Otherwise it may not stay in business for very long. The steak street tacos were extremely dry and lacked flavor. Gross! What a waste of money!!! I hate I spent my money at this place....

Had 3 consecutive bad experiences within 1 week. I'm really not one to complain, especially about the food industry but come on guys. The first time, I ordered 3 tacos with meat and cheese, they were covered in cilantro. I bought the messed up ones and asked to have the other ones remade. The cook (hefty guy with a pony tail or a rat tail), refused to remake my order and had me standing at the counter for 15 minutes because he was mad he couldnt do his job right the first time. Second time they forgot/lost my order after waiting at the counter for 30 minutes. Third time they wouldnt sell me a side of cubed beef because I asked for it on the side of the carne asada fries. Oh that's right, they also charged me like 5 dollars to have the carne asada fries come with meat and cheese with all the toppings on the side.
