Ben & Jerry's — Local services in Saint Albans Town

What a crape hole no signs that lead you to this place. So many non truck roads around here. Trucking gps will keep sending you to non truck routes to this place. Would it kill you guys put a sign up on main road or something omfg. Have to use Google maps and ignore it look for industrial Park road, for whatever reason truck gps doesn't want to put you on that road and it is very easy to miss that road... No hours of operation posted on website come inside office no1 is here like a ghost town. I don't buy your over price stuff anyway dang sure won't ever now horrible horrible experience and no free ice cream how much they charge what a bunch of greedy...

In and out.. few hr wait but normal. No free ice cream for drivers I guess? Most ice cream plants have coolers like at a store with free sample/ quarts size or bars of ice cream to give to drivers and there passengers/ dogs. As a treat. Awesome ice cream they make here I love it all. And look forward for new products to come out. Bathroom inside shipping and receiving door. No big sign out side to locate office.. just hold it driver, its a big plant .. do the pee pee dance... or run to grassy area. Lol.. joken drivers. Don't pee in there grass or parking lot door is behind drop trailers. Be nice if they put up a flag there or something...

Super easy! Appointment was at 22:00. Arrived at 18:00. The woman who checked me in was very helpful and friendly. She had my papers printed quickly, gave me instructions on where to leave my trailer and even asked how my day was going! I didn't catch her name, but it was really nice to be treated with kindness and respect! They do have a driver restroom inside where you check in. No pets outside of your truck but there is a truckstop...
