If you value your vehicle do not bring it here to be serviced. This place damaged my 1979 corvette & refuses to fix it. There is damage on the passenger door they serviced and there is damage on the bumper. Their genius service guys applied mismatched paint to my car in an attempt to cover the damage. The owner claims the paint was already on my car before it was dropped off so he won’t fix it. This is impossible bc the mismatched paint covers the new damage they did to my vehicle. How can I paint over the damage they did to my car while it was in their possession? He claims a “paint expert” told him the paint was there before my car was dropped off. Just tell me anything right? When the service manager Rob initially seen my car he apologized & said they would fix it bc he knows my car wasn’t damaged due to inspecting it when it was serviced a few weeks prior. He also told us the service guys said fixing my car door was extremely difficult bc it was worse than they thought (yet they still deny they damaged that same door) A couple days later he totally switched up and starts denying everything and just parrots everything the owner said to me. He told me there are cameras in the service area so they know it didn’t happen. He got visibly upset when I called his bluff and asked to see the footage. He claimed he had no access to it. I called the company about getting the footage and surprise surprise I didn’t receive a call back. He also told me he drove my car “a couple of times”. Why is he driving my car? Is that how my bumper got damaged? My boyfriend told me to bring my car here bc shops in the inner city would damage & joy ride my vehicle & that’s exactly what happened here. I mentioned this incident to a man I was talking to & he said the owner is a hot head and he’s not surprised he didn’t fix my car. The owner called my boyfriend yelling at him refusing to fix the car before he even looked at the pictures proving my car wasn’t damaged beforehand so there you go. Don’t trust your precious old schools with this place.

Response: Your incompetent employees attempted to cover the damage done to my car with paint. It is impossible for me to paint over damage that was done to my car while it was in YOUR possession. Why don’t you address the damage done to my door and bumper?? There are dents on the door that YOU ALL serviced. YOUR service manager told me fixing my door was very difficult. I sent several photos proving my car door was in good shape before it was serviced and you began to ignore me. I have already attempted to rectify this situation with your company and I was ignored. The cars are cool to look at. However, they are dust. For nice old classic cars and newer ones you'd think they would be kept cleaner. For one who has been around classic cars rosters hot rods etc her whole life and having one myself; it's sad to see these amazing machines sit at a place like this. The prices on most of them are very high, especially in the condition some of them are in. They may look nice of the outside but underneath on several arr horrible. If you dont know what you are looking for or even what to look for, you would think some of the cars are perfect. The sales men are very pushy and don't like it when others try to help older customers by looking the car over since they aren't as easily able. Trying to trick people into a car, a dream car, that is not worthy of the price tag or buyers money should be a crime and is super shameful. I would rather drive thousands of miles to find the best car, hot rod, old truck and it be exactly what I want, am looking for and deserve since they are not cheap. Fast lane is nice to look for the most part but that's it. To all who love them and have sentimental feelings for certain ones choose wisely if you go to fast lane, better yet I'd just keep looking. Texas Oklahoma Georgia Indiana etc are all nice places.

Since you can't reply back. Just because someone is young doesn't make them wrong or not knowledgable of what one is looking at or what to look for. Especially one who has rebuilt several vehicles for himself and others in his life, I pretty sure he knows what he is doing. That older gentleman asked for him to look the car over for him and the wife informed her husband not to buy a car that wasn't 100%. Looking at that Belair you could see several imperfections, him looking it over and telling that customer what he saw and helping him out was not anything but kind. Just because you all didn't like it doesn't make it wrong. To look back at some of your lower stared reviews shows that not all of us care for your "customer service" If you don't like people being honest in reviews then don't have them available for people to write a review. And as I said that day too, the Belair that is at our home is in immaculate condition because he knows what he is looking at, what to look for if anything is wrong, damaged, or has been covered up. We also took the time and energy to make sure we were getting exactly what we expected and wanted. Doing the same to help that older couple get exactly what they wanted, were looking for and knowing exactly what was not right with the car. First off the facility is beautiful my hats off to the owner ! I live in Des Moines Iowa saw a car there fell in love with it, then contacted Chris the sales man we talked kicked price around ended up right back at what they wanted so I called him on a Sunday and told him I would like him to call me Monday with full price and I’d give him a deposit. So I called a friend of mine who went over looked at the car told me it was nice so I called Chris back and told him I booked a flight to St. Louis Thursday could he pick me up at the air port he did when we arrived at the lot he was suprised as to where the car was well after opening up a shop there it was up on a rack getting worked on ! I was looking at the car for the first time when I was told I couldn’t be there in the shop ! Didn’t make me happy but anyway time goes on he tells me it’s getting a alignment mmmm car has 25k miles on it then he tells me tire sensors are bad so when I finally see the car and drove it I was hoping to sensor light goes out it did so I went back paid for the car and when I finally get it I notice the rear luvers on the back window were gone I was told they were cracked flopping around so they threw them in the trash ( one would of thought maybe offer to replace the.
