Waffle House — Restaurant in Saint Charles

DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY!!!! ST. CHARLES COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT WHY AREN’T YOU DOING YOUR JOB???? Negative stars needed for this place! This was the worst service and cold food I’ve ever had…probably caused by it being Freezing cold in there. They won’t wipe a table off until you sit at it and then don‘t attempt to wipe it until you ask them too.…of course she wiped it with a dirty rag. We then had to ask for our drinks after waiting 10 mins. While our waitress moved like a sloth through the restaurant. once we received our drinks one of the waters was brown...she never bothered to ask if everything was okay or anything! Then brought out our food and handed us our plates…who does that?? Not to mention the butter she brought out looked to have snot on top of it. To top it off she sneezed behind the counter where they do their cooking and didn’t bother to cover her mouth. DISGUSTING DO NOT EAT AT THIS...

We normally go to Waffle House pretty frequently. This was our first time at this location. It wasn’t that busy, but it was very disorganized and the server was extremely short with us. No drink refills. No checking on us. Pretty much ignored us the whole time. I don’t expect like world class service. We tried really hard to smile back and to show her that we wanted to be good customers. The manager of the store was even there, I think, but he even came out to brag that he likes to spend his time behind the mirror and make everyone else do the work. We only saw him for a brief moment to give his friend a tea and then he escaped behind the mirror room again. All the workers were working hard, but one lady was kinda screaming at everyone that they would need to do their own waffles or something. It was chaotic and...
