Super kind and friendly. My wife and I are only able to be on island for a week or two every few months. We found a couch set I fell in love with but my wife was hesitant. The owner offered to open the store briefly on Mother's Day just so my wife could sit in it again to feel right about buying.

She did. She loves how it felt. We bought it. I'm super excited that it will be delivered when we come back. This level of service is unique and we are really grateful for it.

Edit: I always believe that you can tell the soul a business not when things go right, but when they go wrong.

The reviewed couch had issues. A tear in the leather and two broken plastic parts. A day after delivery the leather part was replaced, and that was our biggest issue. The two plastic parts are cosmetic and we'd like them fixed but less concerning overall. We were told there aren't spares, they need to be ordered, and it will take a few weeks (island, makes sense).

I'll be honest, I expected a "we are St Croix, things are as they are" and that was the opposite of what I got. They want to fix the problems and I am in awe. I would definitely buy...

Although the service was friendly and the discount appeared fair at the time, wait until months later before you review. Paint is peeling off the furniture in various places: legs, arms, frame. The large sofa was “in the box”. When I was at the dimly lit store. I thought that was a good thing. The intricate weaving is rotting already. I have to wonder if it was exposed To water or moisture while “in the box.” This furniture has sat in the same place where the delivery men put it for the last six months. I will have to repaint it to make it look good. But there is nothing I can do about the rot. Having said that, my mattress set came in plastic, was set up, and is comfortable and nice.
