While shopping for a bedroom suite, I browsed the store on island, Never once did a salesperson offer to help me, yet acknowledged the next customer that came in. Thinking I would try again, the same thing happened, and i know the salesperson saw me. We had a little mishap with our delivery and the owner gave us the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever received (I didn't know the word 'customer service' even still existed!).
