I started taking my two high energy Border Collie puppies. I was so nervous, but from speaking with others, I needed to trust the system. My puppies were so excited, maybe they were just happy to be away from me!

At first they started going Tuesday and Thursday, then Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Why because they LOVED IT SO MUCH!!! My puppies loved going here! Everyday they would come home happy, smiling, and I knew they were loved throughout the day!

Tia and one of my puppies bonded to the point she wanted to stay with her all the time! When I started boarding the puppies for an overnight, I made sure Tia was there because of the bond.

They really care about your puppies!! The only reason I stopped taking my puppies here is because I moved 100 miles away and could not drive here and be back at work in time. If I could, I would, maybe if I get a Tesla and WiFi in the car I can because it’s worth it!

I have not found a place I trust yet and I’ve been to 5 daycare’s to inquire about daycare and boarding.

I have edited this from 3 stars to 4. Since the last review. The client experience manager reached out and apologized for not breaking down the receipt during pick up. They are very appreciative that we do bring our dogs there and reassured us that our dogs are well taken care of. This is something I appreciate as well. *I have used dog city for hotel stays and day care we even had them groomed there, we have 2 dogs. I used the hotel service for a weekend and picked them up on a Sunday. My husband told me to pick them up anytime between 10-4. I guess there is a weird time frame on the weekends. I was charged a 45$ late fee per dog and was not told when I picked them up, I found out through the emailed receipt. My husband called to ask questions about the fees and there is weird time frame on the weekends for pickup anytime after noon you will get charged, this is stated on the website. *What disappoints me is they didn’t tell me when I picked up my dogs I was getting charged 2 late fees, this makes me question and reflect that if some did happen to my dogs they wouldn’t tell me. This was my first groom experience here and I was less than thrilled. It was the most expensive groom I have ever had for my 13 year old and honestly one of the worst. She is super uneven, there were spots left that were longer, her ears weren't plucked as I requested, her nails weren't trimmed short. I called numerous times to speak to someone and was told the owner or manger would call me back and didn't. She is a senior dog and gets stressed out easily so the fact she was there from 12:30 to just close to 4 was ridiculous for what was done and what was paid. Finally the groomer called me back and I did bring her back in to pluck her ears but she still was uneven in spots I noticed when I got home again. They had me check out and pay before even seeing my dog which made no sense when it came to a tip. I was quoted $66 for my 6 pound dog, $7 extra for teeth brushing. Beware that they charge tax on top of that which wasn't disclosed in the price quote. With the tip it came to $92.
