The apartments here are good themselves for the most part, but moving in they weren't finished with remodeling it. It was rushed so that they can get students moving in, so a lot of things were missed. One of those things was the water heater. Had a problem with it since we moved in and it took weeks to get it fixed. Second; there was holes in the wall still, in the bathroom. Also, the manager said she will get a poll for the shower but I got tired of waiting for weeks on that, so I ended up buying one myself. Sure it's not expensive to buy, but its not my duty to buy that when I was told it will be provided.
I'll make this short because I really don't make reviews. One thing was that she also sold my parking spot without telling me. I mean, for reasons I understand to a point because it was my fault for forgetting to pay rent for one month, but still, where is the communication with this business? I know I sound hypocritical when I say there needs to be great communication from the business because I wasn't doing my part, but unless there is something in the contract that lets the company be immature and make decisions on there own without communicating to their client, then they need to act older than they are and present better than what they are doing. I mean, the office hours are from 12-4pm (to illustrate my point further)......what hours are those? Students work and go to school for most of the day so there is nothing to be done if those hours are cut that much. Clearly there are more to talk about, but I'll end it there. I really do hate...

Read more7th and U is a nice place. I like the fact that they don't make you room with 5 other people. I have 3 roomates, but I have plenty of space! Having a kitchen and in-unit washer and dyer is really convenient. The MAJOR down side is that they don't have a parking pass for every resident. That fact alone is ridiculous. I pay over 2 grand a semester and don't get to park at my own apartment? I walk to and from class everyday and the parking lot is nearly empty each time. I have to walk at-least a block every time I want to drive my car. When I am running late I have to sprint to my car. The manager claimed that when I signed my lease the information about running out of parking passes was a possibility. My mother and I both read through the lease twice, while they did have information about parking, there was nothing about selling out of parking passes. Nor in the move-in email. I was also NOT informed of this when I signed my lease. I signed my lease in May and was leaving that month to move back north for the summer so I had no opportunity to get a parking pass from the office. Along with 3 of my roomates, who also do not have parking passes. Keep in mind that it is also 100+ degrees this time of year. I have been hesitant to even get groceries because of how far I have to park from my...
