Green Mountain Mall — Local services in Saint Johnsbury

If you live in the area you are well aware it's more of a "sMall" than a mall. It's also a convenient and near by place to get shoes, clothes, electrical, home wares, pet supplies, food and amazing beer. If you see a 1 or 2 star review they didn't spend any time there or maybe they have a better ideas where I can get all of these things within 15 mins of my house.

Get a delicious beer at St J Brewing then go look around Ocean State, then go back for another beer - no way this place is anything less than 5 stars. If you want better retail you have to support the business there now and...

Not much of a shopping experience. The entrance is full of pot holes. The largest old store, which was JC Penney, sits empty for several years. A few stores, but the best store is Ocean State Job Lots. Also, Dollar Tree, Auto Parts store, and perhaps a few little shops inside. It was mostly empty. Ashame owners won't so anything with it. Bring in a nice restaurant, a Target or Walmart or anything! They just put a lumber yard in place of JC Penny's. Now a lit if tge other shops are moving out. Who wants sawdust all over there...

Really a joke has been a joke since the old owner Billy costa of passed on. But has never been full since it opened 30 years ago the new owners have their brains up their butts all they care about is money and will not rent out the stores at a reasonable price. All they have to do is offer $500 per month for the first year or two and they could fill that mall right up but they won't do that it would rather have a dead Mall they have a JCPenney and a sports authority that's it in a...
