Highly recommend working with Max. He is a great listener, truly has a gift for realizing an idea while maintaining his personal style. He can explain design decisions clearly and is happy to talk thru any potential adjustments and will let you know his recommendation. Most important to me, he utilizes space and form SO well, so the placement really fits and flows on the human figure. My sister came with me for the long drive and ended up leaving with a surprise thigh piece (her first tattoo!) then scheduled again with Max to get a half sleeve!

The studio was so clean, so comfortable, so tasteful, plus they got the snacks! My tattoo healed beautifully, really well put together place. They also have the numbing spray if you're into that. Both Max and Morgan were there while I was getting work and they were super sweet and easygoing, definitely set a good mood for the process!

And! WHITNEY! At first, I thought they had automated email responses for scheduling because she was that fast at getting back to me, but the messages were too thoughtful. Turns out Whitney is a real person who is just great at her job. Not to be dramatic but it was the easiest tattoo scheduling process ever.

Max and Morgan are all about community and experience. They make sure that when you enter their shop - you are treated as family and friend. The decor and layout is extremely welcoming. It's a great place for your first, or your next tattoo.

Their artwork also stands for itself. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Max and Morgan are versatile artists with a passion, and that shines when they work with you on your design. The drive they have for their art lights up the room. I've had two tattoos at this shop - one by each artist - and I was laughing and having fun the whole time. They're also super patient and accommodating. Whether I wanted to change the placement, or they redid the stencil aiming for the best product -- you can be confident in your new tattoo. They check in with you every step of the way to make sure you're comfortable.

They also offer other artists a place to showcase their work, and feature other members of the community. I love their guest artist bookings, and their flash event collaborations. They've introduced me to other artists I now love and trust, as well as caterers and permanent jewelers.

Both Max and Morgan are goofy but relaxed. They will match your energy level and personality to create an atmosphere that is both welcoming and fun. Have questions? I myself got my first piece of ink here, and have subsequently brought 2 other individuals already that were anxious about getting their first tattoo.
