I was asked to remove my last review. However, due to my online conversation with one of the store associates my review is still the same and I will not be changing it. If that conversation would have went a bit differently than I would have raised the review. I do not recommend the Symbol Brand of mattress and have decided to not purchase that brand again. Unfortunately, I have to keep the boxsprings so I may be posting those for sale since I prefer a matching set and want the best results from the warranty of the new brand of mattress that I have purchased........ REPLY TO LIFESTYLE FURNITURE....... . I have screenshot of the conversations..... All of them so don't try to make me look bad and say I was angry. I was delivered poor quality products. And the intimidation is not going to work with me (asking me to change my review before you issue me the refund) I have thos screenshots also. I even gave you a 2nd chance after receiving the first poor quality mattress. You allowed me to return it becuase of the manufacturer issues and never said it did not meet return standards. When giving you a 2nd chance knowing that it's not your fualt, you didn't manufacture the poor quality, I received the 2nd mattress which did not look like the one in the store. Regardless if you consider what I did receive an "upgrade" no one from your store mentioned that..... The product on your showroom floor was not even available. I did not get what I ordered and called right away to let the store know and you store associates had no clue why the fabric was different and had to investigate. I do understand things happen and tried to be patient and who I was speaking with online was rude and I decided to keep my authentic review. It is unfortunate this business treats it's local shoppers this way. My side nor your side can control poor manufacturing and to brush it off or blame a customer is completely unnecessary. I almost considered giving you yet another try however after the online conversations I decided to stand firm on my side and seek another brand. I did not hold your store responsible but the manufacturer. I still do not recommend the Symbol Brand of mattress and that is my honest review. We have purchased with this store before and had no issues and were returning customers. It's a shame when I ask for the warranty information I was told I could not have that information. I had to go online and find it myself. The lack of care and communication was frustrating and yet I still gave you another chance with the 2nd mattress purchase. It's a shame when I specifically came to your store to support a local business and your business is more worried about reviews then actually caring about the customer, providing warenty, information ect. And I'm going to take a guess you are the same one that was rude to me and tried to intimate me by wanting me to take down my review about 7-8pm at night the night before I was supposed to get my refund. I took it down, but it doesn't mean I can not voice my experience......... The delivery drivers were great and super nice, as well as the guy who came to check the first mattress who did see the issues at hand.
