Guy who took order was nice. Ordered taco pizza, asked if came with jalapenos, he said no, so I requested jalapenos. They got those right. Asked if it came w sour cream, he said yes and told me everything that came w it. Cool.
Got food home in a hurry before movie, no sour cream....we won't eat taco pizza without sour cream. I called to explain and get credit for pizza. Was told no, we will give you free sour cream next time....the manager said well was it on the ticket? ?!? My reply--does it matter? The employee said it came with, and now I can't enjoy my food...then he offered to deliver sour cream. Not good on cold taco pizza dude. Nice customer service approach NOT.
Also ordered steak sub. I order that once a month or so bc my daughter likes it. They sent pizza steak. She wouldn't eat bc pizza sauce tastes gross on that type sub. I didn't even call them about this bc now I'm $30 out of food, because their employees screwed up from careless order taking.
Only answer in proper customer service at the original point of calling would have been LET US FIX IT, YOULL GET CREDIT FOR THE ITEMS PLEASE ORDER AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!
Not from Villanova apparently. I Lost $30 on dinner bc they made careless mistakes. They Lost a customer of over 20 years bc they couldn't spring for a taco pizza for future credit, to keep my business.

The driver tailgated me and drove left of center several times to look around me. He flashed his lights at me. When I slowed down to stop for a red light, the driver passed me in a no passing zone in the center turn lane. I was driving a semi hauling coils of steel and driving slow to be careful. Read moreTerrible delivery. This is only the second time I have had them deliver. The first time I spent about $60 on food. It took almost 2 hrs to get it. I gave driver a tip then realized I was missing part of my order. Tonight I call at 11:30 they said they were still delivering. I ordered 3 items. At 12:30 called to see if its coming. Well some rude person answers the phone and hung up as soon as I said my name. It is now 1:06 so I assume my food isnt coming. Last time I ever order from Villy. They used to have the best food...
