I have placed a pick up order every Saturday the last 6 weeks since I had knee surgery. The last 2 weeks my order has been cancelled with no explanation of why it had been cancelled. Today I actually needed the things I ordered so I went to the store. (In a wheelchair) Apparently when my online order was cancelled all my coupons were deleted as well so I could not use them. Cashier told me she thinks they still do pick up orders but she wasn’t 100% sure. She had a lot of attitude and most of the time the workers at this location are very nice. We have a brand new family dollar closer to me so they have now earned all my business. I asked the cashier about my coupons and she had no idea how the coupons disappeared. 🤷♀️ When I entered the store there was 2 workers and ZERO customers and everything on my list was in stock so DOLLAR GENERAL, what’s the problem? I got to check out and went to pay and I had forgotten my card at home (total accident of course) and she I told her I'm so sorry honey..she proceeded to close her eyes hand on hip huff and puff and said you can't pay for this any other way?...?!?!?!?!
