Subway — Restaurant in Saint Paul

I honestly never leave a review but felt the need to. This subway used to be great but the past two times I have dealt with rude staff. Both times was an older blonde woman who looked annoyed the whole time and questioned everything I asked for and gave me attitude when I didn’t give her the exact change. This time I went in and they were all sitting down on their phones and one of them rolled their eyes when she had to get up and take my order. god forbid you actually have to do your job and not sit on your phone when you have a customer. Food had no flavor. Had a philly, asked for double meat, did not receive double meat. Wanted an Unsweet tea, however both containers had Sweet tea in them. One of the men working the counter rolled his eyes and had an attitude with me when I explained the situation with the tea. The other man instructed him to make me Unsweet tea. While the new tea was brewing, the man continued to give me dirty looks. When it was done, he told me I could have some. The new tea was Sweet also!! From multiple family members and friends having problems, myself included, with finding hair in food, deals not being honored, and overall poor customer service, I wouldn't recommend. Update: years after my initial review, I was willing to give them a chance again. Didn’t get the opportunity as I arrived at 8:10pm only to see the lights quickly shut off and one of the employees working there yell that they were closed through the door.
