Shadow falls it's a hidden waterfall and the only way I found it was by listening. I could hear it for a while when I was stood close to the monument. And headed up hill a bit the falls isn't marked I asked a few people walking there dogs but they weren't sure how to get to it. Read moreThis is a fun place to hike. There's a long trail that will take you near the Marshall Ave Bridge on one side and the other side leads to the waterfall. Though my pictures are from early spring, my favorite time to visit this place is in the fall. It looks magical almost with bright golden oaks and maples, red and dappled orange, lots of fall colors. There are rock ledges to look over the river, that is if they aren't already occupied.
