Staff seems "swamped" with work. Having a hard time getting a price quote for laptop repairs. They will make you wait several days just to price swap repairs. Will give them another week just for good measure.

=Edit March 16 2021= Had to pick up my laptops after a month of nothing happening. They took forever to find replacment parts for one of my laptops, and even then, the part they got was the wrong one. I would not recommend here for computer repair services, especially if you need this computer. You most likely will be out of a computer for weeks still won't have it fixed. Customer service was great and the IT tech was honest and helpful. My screen suddenly stopped working and I thought I'd have to spend $900 to get a new screen installed at another shop in St. Thomas. I need my computer for work and just moved so was stressing about it. This place is a complete joke. I took my computer in two months ago. After having to re order the screen three times they still were not able to get the right part. Then after another month they said that there were more issues with the computer but didn't care to call me or let me know.
