We are very happy with our freezer that we bought from Keith McNeil’s Appliance! God provides! Mary Alice was very patient and accommodating to show us the freezers and to help us decide whether to buy an upright or a chest freezer. Michelle at the front desk was very thoughtful and congenial as well. Although we can’t thank them individually, since we don’t know all of their names, the delivery men were all really polite and thorough as well.

However, unbeknown to Keith McNeil’s Appliance (Mary Alice) and at no fault to them, there was a manufacturer’s defect that rendered the freezer inoperable. Upon learning of it, Mary Alice expressly apologized and promptly offered an immediate solution!

We are now happy owners of a good, functional freezer!

They had the perfect refrigerator for my kitchen remodel. The guys came and delivered it this morning, and they were very professional, and very careful in my home. The install went perfectly, and the appliance is wonderfull! If you need an appliance, and want to trade with a trustworthy business, then Liberty Appliance is where you need to go! Michelle is very knowledgeable and most helpful, as are their service techs. I have purchased two appliances so far, and will be doing business with them again soon. Had dryer issues and had same day response all the way in Mt. Vernon when the staff had a pretty full schedule, couldn't asked for better. Nick arrived and wasted no time diagnosing then thoroughly explained the issue, the different approaches and explained the costs. Was honest, genuine and most importantly skilled and efficient at his craft. I was told what I needed to get it running and what I could have to prevent further issues allowing my wife and I to choose based on our budgets and needs, essential for a family of 6.
