Dude there always has an attitude. The ice cream seems to be always melted for some reason. So if you order ice cream just know you will get melted ice cream.

My family went there on July 28th after 8pm to get the Free milkshakes that they have advertised on the window signs "Buy one get one FREE after 8 PM" . So my Husband had ordered 4 milkshakes first of all the girl never gave him his receipt and told him that if he wanted the free shakes he had to ask for free shakes just like the Senior discount WHATTTTTT! No where on the sign does it say you have to ask for it and if I go to a store that advertises something for sale I don't have to beg for it. We are seniors and one promotion has nothing to do with the other, how insulting and embarrassing this whole ordeal has been. UPDATE The manager did reach out and sent me a letter and coupons so I believe this has been taken care of and no else will have to...

VERY MUCH RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING STAFF. I love how they smile and joke around with each other. Honestly, that’s how it should be. If they enjoy working there, that’s a good way to be. Oh yeah…and have I mentioned that food is great because they come out fresh? No matter how long it takes? That’s why I recommend this place to my family and friends. They agree as well. Is that it for my rant? I don’t know. I may have a few more words to say…maybe not…oh well…but oh yeah! The new Reece’s Take 5 blizzard is delicious, if you enjoy the candy bar Take 5, you’ll definitely enjoy this...

Ordered an ice cream cake online 2 days before the party. When my husband went to pick it up, they claimed they just got notified about it and didn't have what I wanted. They never bothered to call me about it. They gave us 2 round cakes instead of the big one I ordered and still charged us the same thing. When I spoke to the owner she was not nice. Did not apologize for not having my order, and only gave excuses. Then told me, "well you didn't have to take any cake at all" wow. I had to, I had a party that day! We won't...
