Ok this is going to be a little long!! Nice place, and atmosphere. We ordered and salads and appetizers where quick and good. Several of the orders where incorrect. We finally, in a short time where correct. Except..1 order of Buffalo wings salad. No sauce. When they returned with the fix half of the chicken was gone. 3 small pieces. The food was good.. but then when your ready to pay! They automatically add an 18% tip!! Example: 24.99 steak meal, and tea came to 37.46. I handed the waitress 40.00. Quote" do you want any change?" We ordered their steak dinner for $29.99. The salad and baked potato were very good. The steak was ordered to be medium rare but arrived over cooked and had lots of grisle, and no flavor! I asked the waitress for horseradish in order to add some flavor. The waitress spoke to her manager who agreed to reduce the bill which was greatly appreciated. Terrible service and not worth my money. Granted it was a busy night, they had 5 bartenders (that I saw). One had stopped what she was doing to chat it up with a customer for at least ten minutes. Two others looked right at me as they passed by and didn't bother to wait on me. When I saw a customer who had approached the bar after me get served, I decided to leave. Needless to say, I won't waste another minute of my time...
