I went here after a stay in the psych ward. My first encounter I had a weird feeling that I can't explain. Carolyn was my therapist. I had my third visit this week and while talking about childhood sex abuse and cutting my family off she says "I understand cutting family off. I used to be a strong supporter of this company, ive taken a few orientation courses here and in general LOVED the way they helped the community. Unfortantly poor supervisor staffing choices have changed many things. The supervisor of the house on 13th is horrific not only does she treat the staff horribly , but she has had many investigations and the company has chosen to ignore her unethical, unlawful and downright abusive actions. 2 years and more than $70,000 later... I regret taking my family here.... one of the worst mistakes I ever made. Shangri-La doesn't care about families...my wife was able to shop doctors until she got the one she could fool. Still unclear why Shangri-La chose to ignore other medical professionals diagnosis given the circumstances. Their carelessness would result in my children being put into dangerous situations because their incompetence is hidden...
