When I hired Tom I hired him based on his experience not a sub contractor. Let alone a sub contractor with an unqualified worker with him(his son, definitely not certified) Left their entire mess for me to clean up. When you do a job at someone’s house you leave it the way you got it, not like your kids room at your house. The unqualified worker I guess decided to drill a hole through a floor joist to run a dryer plug. THROUGH THE FLOOR JOIST. When I asked Tom why would ANYONE do that I got. “I’m not sure” Also hooked the plug into a plaster wall instead of the wood directly above the hole right next to the OTHER PLUG. Probably should’ve had someone( or the sub contractor who did it, come back and fix it) but they couldn’t even hook back up my cable box ground, that’s pretty basic. But don’t get me started on work ethics. Then got the bill and was the exact same amount of the estimate but they didn’t do some of the stuff that was supposed to be done but still wanted to charge the original estimate, I’m guessing they have gotten all kinds of money from people who don’t know better. Go with someone else if you can wait, not worth the service...
