Dollar General — Local services in Salina

I’m not normally the one to post about things but I know it’s the dollar general and you can expect things like this to happen because again it’s the “dollar general” but I usually have no trouble with the people there today I bought some stuff had my receipt and I only came out with one bag and when I got home I realized 3 things were not in my bag I called two times no one would answer so I drove back down there and told the guy who had checked me out that I didn’t get all my things that I paid for. He said he put everything in the same bag well apparently he didn’t because I checked around and couldn’t find my things so I asked and he couldn’t do anything about it ok well understandable but his attitude was really shitty and your little smirky face remarks are uncalled for… such bad...

I went in while the registers were down and they were accepting cards only. There was a couple of people in front of me using self checkout and that machine seemed to be messing up too. Anyway, the girl that was up there was very rude and condescending to her customers. I left, but that behavior shouldn’t go unnoticed. I didn’t catch her name, but maybe a manager or someone she works with can talk to her about it. I understand work can be stressful especially when things aren’t working, I work as a waitress myself and know first hand. But the customers should be taken care of with respect just like you would treat...

The man on duty that day was rude. I have twin infants that dont walk yet and i asked for assistance finding a basket and he told me he is to busy continued working on his current task and a customer brought me an empty basket while i was trying to shop. Tall dark hair slinder built. And before this experience i received some coupons and used one and i did NOT get the $3 off and i got the correct products and i still paid full price.
