This internet service provider is absolutely atrocious. They don't even deserve one star; zero stars is more fitting. They have the audacity to charge more than average for internet service, yet deliver a product that's laughably below average. Half the time, it doesn't even work! While it sometimes flickers to life and offers a fleeting glimpse of acceptable speed, those moments rare. The reality is constant, agonizingly slow speeds, frequent and complete outages, and a general feeling of being ripped off. At least once a month, the service grinds to a halt, leaving me staring at a spinning wheel or a "no internet connection" message. More often than not, these outages last for hours, disrupting work, entertainment, and basic communication.

I previously had Vyve, which was fantastic – years of service without a single outage and a good price. Then I moved to an area where this abysmal company is the only option, and it's been a nightmare. Outages are a regular occurrence, and I've never had a single positive experience with them. I genuinely hate this company with a passion. If you have any other choice, avoid this provider at all costs. They are a rip-off and a constant source of frustration. Where I am, 6mb down is the fastest. And its reliability is questionable. Getting worse lately.

No 24/7 customer support for their DSL offerings, so that means after hours you have to leave a message and on the weekends after noon on Saturday, you are just out of luck.

Numerous times their DNS server goes wonky, so you can not surf the web or work from home for the most part.

I just wish they would get their service reliable. I pay somewhere in the neighborhood of $90/mth for a crummy DL speed and then on top of that, it is unreliable.

Internet is fair and cheaper and you get unlimited internet but at times it don't work and it's not reliable like to say but it is cheaper. but I do think that they all that other companies and as far as a long-distance company you have to have a phone with SST! which is ridiculous because you can't call nobody it's not Long distance at. Thy change. So what good is having a home phone with sst? When you can't use it? With AT&T you have unlimited data 45 dollars a month it's prepaid but heck you get what you want and phone services with free long distance so I don't know I think I might be changing to ATT.check...
