Dairy Deal — Restaurant in Salina

I was not happy about this place at all, I brought my two daughters with me to here and none of us liked their food, it was pretty terrible, which I thought was crazy because while we sat there forever waiting outside the little walk up business at the picnic tables outside as there is no inside dining for customers, I saw that there was a lot of business that came and went, but as I watched business while I sat waiting I noticed that every body knew everyone else and that almost everyone that came through there wasn't getting a meal , most were getting drinks and something small. Anyways, the prices are outrageous and I'm not sure what the big deal is about this place is although I'm sure it has a lot to do with small town support because it's probably been there for 50 years or more ,and let me say the place looks like it's been there longer than that, inside and out, it could use cleansing on the inside, but I'm sure it's because there's not much choices here in Salina and its like a hip spot for kids and young people to go, but not me, they will not get my business anymore. I'm sorry and hate to leave such a bad review but the young girls working there were not happy to be there working and it showed and the food was expensive and terrible, I'm sorry, I'm new around here but I'll just wait to eat out until I'm in Tulsa running around. Last thing, I'm sorry, but please switch your chili out, use a different brand , that's probably the most important thing I could say would help, because that stuff was like straight...

Ordered a Wildcat Special (burger) with NO lettuce and tomato. A coney and curly fries. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. We didn't get our coney. The fries were cold and tough. And, the burger had lettuce and tomato on it. I'm allergic to lettuce. I took a bite of it in my dark car and noticed the lettuce. When I took it back and showed them my burger and the correct order on the bag, the staff was incredibly rude. I told them serving someone food they are allergic to is serious. They said it would take another 6-10 minutes for another burger. I said, I wanted a refund and my burger made correctly. They laughed at me. By the time our coney was ready we'd been there 45 minutes so I was tired of waiting. They gave me my $7 back, I left without food and they lost a customer for life over $7. Terrible service....

Stopped by this place on the way through town. When i got to the window I was trying to look at the menu and decide what i want, when the girl opened the window and said can I help you, in such a rushed voice which made me feel like I had to hurry and order, so I ordered a steak finger basket for my mother, a cheeseburger and fries and 2 crispitos. Within 10 min our order was ready. Heading down the road I tried the crispitos to discover they where not cooked In the center, they were cold. My burger 🍔 was luke warm at best. The patty didn't even fit the bun, it was that small. The fries 🍟 could've been cooked just a tad longer. The steak fingers where also not cooked long enough themselves.
