Eastern Shore Coffee and Water — Local services in Salisbury

I started buying water from this company several years ago when it was still Denton Spring Water. Back then, there were two older ladies, Thelma and Sandy, who ran the business, and the service was wonderful. I'd receive a call from Thelma or Sandy each month a day or two before my delivery. They'd ask how many bottles I needed. I'd put out my bottles on delivery day and get a refill as needed. Simple, right? When Eastern Shore bought out Denton, I began having delivery issues almost immediately. They somehow manage to bungle at least 3 out of every 4 deliveries. They either (a.) don't show up on the delivery day at all, or (b.) they show up and don't have any spring water on the truck, or (c.) they try to pawn purified water off on me when it's supposed to be spring water! I got so fed up w/ the delivery issues that I had them change me from monthly delivery to will call, figuring that would solve the issue. Nope! I called for a delivery on Monday. They indicated the driver would deliver my water on the following Wed. On Wed. morning, I even called them to confirm they would be delivering my water that day. Do you think I got my water? Nope! They missed my delivery AGAIN! I've lost count of the number of times this has happened over the past 18 months. Numerous times! I called this morning to find out why I didn't have water delivered yesterday and was told the driver "forgot" to deliver my water. FORGOT???? He just forgot???? Seriously? They didn't seem bothered by that at all. I've called this company so many times, almost every month, to complain about the delivery issues. All they ever say is "sorry" but they take no initiative to fix the problems or improve their customer service or even credit my account somewhat for the hassle. I don't even think they care about their customers. I'm over it. Another lost customer. I get the large 5 gallon water cooler bottles delivered from this company to my home in Va. I get the "Spring Water" instead of the purified water and its wonderful and costs the same as buying purified from Food Lion or Walmart. I love that they call my cell number every month to remind me that they will be delivering the next day. I sit out my empties on the door step and when I come home from work the full bottles are there and I can pay my bill online in a flash. The Spring Water comes from the famous Berkeley Springs in West Va. that George and Martha Washington used to have barrels of water shipped to their home. My work and my wife's work also have water delivered from this company. I am super happy with this company and the service they provide....

I've been a customer for a few years now and if you aren't using this company for your water, you should be! Best spring water in the game and top notch customer service. I was out of water yesterday and had assumed I had a delivery for today. I called to verify and I was wrong, delivery scheduled for next week. They offered to see if they could get it bumped up. I expected maybe a day or 2 early. They got my water to me today! I live in the country and I know they dont have many stops on my route, so this means a lot to me.
