Last fall I had an emergency repair need; Darren answered the call quickly and with great professionalism. I have two dogs, while they are lovely pets, they can get into all types of hijinks. They ended up knocking over a cup over water that fell right on top of my custom build PC. The water went right into the cooling vents and the computer shut off immediately. Although it took a while for my computer to be fixed, I knew he was doing what needed to be done for it to be fixed. I called Mr. Darren a few weeks ago inquiring about a fix to my monitor's 3.5mm jack for headphones out. Allstate warranty wanted me to get a local fix. I called a few other and those did not do that type of repair. Darren had returned my call and was going over some options for sound. He sent a follow up text days later checking if it worked. Darren advised to call warranty back and tell them that repair may cost just as much as a new one. The company double downed as cost didn't seem to matter.
