Each time i've came to this store, i've had to wait on someone to come to the window, which is not good customer service at all. But now there's a young red headed girl That's working there, that is on point. I've not had To wait not one time even when other customers have been in the store. She at least comes to the window to acknowledge me to say Hey, I will be with you in a moment to at least let me know that she knows I'm there. Unlike sum of the others. I haven't seen her They're in a couple of days. I do hope they haven't let her go because if they have, that's their loss. And if u hav relocated and I find out where, well my friends an i will come to that location. The other employees could learn a lot from her especially sum customer service skills. Except for Nana, I think that's her name. She's also Awesome. But wherever you're at, Ms Red, I do hope to...

Didn't have an enjoyable experience! For one they're prices are higher than other smoke stores in the area. Not very friendly.. I had a problem with a vape I purchased! The vape wouldn't hold its charge. Went back to the store 3 times before it was replaced! And then they didn't want to replace it! They offer no refunds but I didn't want a refund I just wanted it replaced & finally got it.. Will never visit...

I started purchasing my cigarettes here and at first it was great. They were cheaper than most places. Then a younger guy is working one day and the price went up $10 a carton. That was worth my $3 coupon. I asked him about it and he said it was the card charge. I don't think so. Went back after that and the price was back down to what it was. But they are...
