We reserved a U-Haul at this location weeks ago and when my husband went to pick it up today they were closed. We called the number and they stated they wouldn’t honor our reservation and if we took it they would consider it stealing. Shame on U-Haul for allowing online booking on a place like this and shame on this location for knowing they have a reservation and not notifying us they would not allow us to pick it up PRIOR to us being there! Would never recommend this place. Added unnecessary stress to the already stressful moving process! I’d give them 0 stars if I could and still write a review. Find somewhere else to get your U-Haul...

FyI. If you return a u-haul here, make sure you take pictures of the truck, trailer, and anything you return, such as dolly's and moving pads. They changed me for not returning moving pads. This is b.s.

Update: The owner just called me and said that he apologized and will refund my money tomorrow. We will see...
