This is my favorite food truck! Whenever I see they’re in Davis Country, I make sure to go get an order of their Japanese Fried Chicken (katsu chicken) with the garlic sauce and potstickers. It makes my “tummie” and tastebuds happy! The two people working the food truck are always so kind…and they offer free samples of the katsu chicken (that’s how they got me the first time). So smart! I really like their new ordering system. You can place your order with the tablet set up in front of their food truck. If you haven’t tried this food truck, run! Go! Try them now! No lines, easy in and easy out, got our food fast… got to the car to eat it and it was cold. Lukewarm would be an understatement. Spring rolls weren’t fresh. Wontons weren’t fresh. The Katsu was pre-made.. The rice was hot. The only way I would go back is this this a “one off situation “ and they were offering me A make up meal. For now. Can not recommend Happy T K5

These guys have awesome food and customer service. I try to get the Vegan tofu every time I can find them. The ginger dressing on the salad is amazing! If they ask you how hot you want your sauce it means they will add sriracha if you want it hotter.

Absolutely my favorite food truck. Everything about their tofu plate is delicious. The tofu texture is perfect. The garlic aioli is to die for. The rice is cooked perfectly. The touch of soy sauce on the rice is an extra flavor bomb. The salad and dressing are a perfect compliment. I hunt down this truck when I have cravings. Oh, and the owner is lovely. He is a ray of sunshine. They definitely need a restaurant. You must try...

The food was absolutely amazing and the owner was so nice and fun! My 8 year old said if he had a thousand pieces of gold he would use it to buy a thousand pieces of food from Happy Tummie! The owner even saw that my son’s bike had a flat tire as we were all leaving and he was packing up. He stopped and filled the tire with air so we could make it home! I will be a returning...
